Abstract
An overview of the basic content of the principle of presumption of innocence in criminal proceedings has been recognized in a number of international and national legal documents. Propose and evaluate the compatibility between Vietnamese law and international law on the right to presumption of innocence. Clarifying the limitations of Vietnamese law on the issue of ensuring the principle of presumption of innocence in criminal proceedings. Proposing some basic solutions to ensure the principle of presumption of innocence in criminal proceedings
